Terms
These cover reading this website. They are short because a website with nothing to buy does not need long ones, and they will be replaced entirely before anything can be bought.
1. What this website is
It describes a product under development. scalebatch is not for sale, there is no trial, no account can be created and no service is being provided to anyone. Everything written here in the present tense describes a design, and the pages say so where it matters.
2. Nothing here is an offer
The prices on the pricing page are the intended shape of the pricing, not an offer capable of acceptance. The tiers, the volumes and the figures will change. Joining the waitlist creates no obligation on either side, and it does not reserve a price.
3. The waitlist form does not work yet
It is a front-end demonstration and it cancels its own submission. If you typed an address into it, nothing was sent and nothing was stored. To actually reach us, write to [email protected].
4. Third-party names and comparisons
The compare page names other products. Those names and trademarks belong to their owners and we claim no association with them, no endorsement by them and no partnership.
Everything we say about them was read from their own published pricing and documentation in August 2026, and the page says so. Two things follow from that and both are worth stating. Their products change and ours has no way of knowing when, so a statement can become stale without anyone acting in bad faith. And where we say a capability is not offered, we mean we did not find it advertised — not that it is impossible. If something on that page is wrong, write and it gets corrected on the page, not argued about in an email.
5. What you can do with what is here
Read it, quote it, send it to a colleague, cite it in your own comparison. The text, the design and the mark are ours, so do not present them as your own product. That is the whole restriction.
6. No warranty, and what that actually means
The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and we correct what turns out to be wrong, but nothing on it is a promise that the product will ship, ship on time, or ship with any particular capability. Do not make a purchasing decision that depends on scalebatch existing by a given date.
7. Who we are, and where this is governed
scalebatch is a product of Miurata Solutions LLC, a company registered in the United States. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida. If you are a consumer somewhere with stronger protections, those still apply to you: this sentence does not remove them.
8. These get replaced
When there is a product to subscribe to, a full set of terms of service will replace this page and you will be asked to agree to them before anything happens. Reading this page today does not bind you to those.
